Catholic Charities of Southwestern Ohio Immigration Legal Services helps with adjustment of status, deportation defense, family-based visa petitions, naturalization, humanitarian relief and deferred action to clients including family members of U.S. citizens or permanent residents, individuals or families facing deportation, people applying for or renewing a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) application, victims of human trafficking, refugees, asylum seekers and anyone seeking naturalization.

Fees:  Catholic Charities of Southwestern Ohio offers free and low-cost legal service. The fees depend on your required services.
