Asian Services in Action, Inc.

Asian Services in Action offers immigration legal services to low and moderate-income immigrants and refugees in Ohio. Their services include consular processing, applying for U.S. Citizenship, naturalization certificates, green cards, employment authorization documents, travel documents and reentry permits. They also help with immigration case follow-up with USCIS representation, family-based immigration cases including fiancée visas (K-visas) and humanitarian-based immigration like the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U/T visas, and more.

Fees:  There are no fees for legal services for eligible clients. If you need an interpreter, Asian Services in Action can help you find one, and you must pay for the interpreter’s fee.
