Landlord letter: Return security deposit

This Form Assistant gives you a letter to ask your landlord to give your security deposit back. Your landlord is required to return either your security deposit or a list of what repairs they made with it in 30 days after you move out. Your answers in the Form Assistant will be used to create the letter.  

When you are done, print out the letter and keep a copy for your records. Mail it by certified mail to your landlord at the address where you used to pay rent.
