Debt collector letter: Stop calling

This Form Assistant gives you a letter that asks debt collectors to stop calling you. Your answers in the Form Assistant will be used to create the letter. If you send this, they are required by law to stop.  

When a debt collector calls, get the name of their company and address. Complete this Form Assistant, and print out the letter. Mail it by certified mail to the address they gave you.
